What we do:
We are experts in Residential Design and Build which includes everything from designing a custom home from the ground up to adding square footage to an existing home. I personally have over twenty years of experience in residential design and over thirty years of experience in construction. I employ a model that ensures that Clients’ goals are achieved, control over budget is maintained and the project moves forward in a logical and efficient manner.
How we do it....We use detailed time schedules which are made to plan out the project milestones, this allows us to manage and controlled all aspects of the project to avoid time delays.
Our goal....The design, permit, bid and construction process may sometimes seem dizzying—our goal is to make this a manageable process that offers a low stress solution with gratifying end results.
